  • 1.How long are your contracts?
    Our standard contracts are a 12 month term, however we can alter this to tie in with shorter or longer leases.
  • 2.Can we add extra services once the initial contract has commenced?
    Yes, we can add in any extra services as and when it may be needed.
  • 3.Do clients have one port of call for any issues?
    Yes, all of our clients will receive an account manager with whom they can contact directly.
  • 4.How much contact do you have with your clients?
    Our approach to the amount of contact with our clients is indeed driven by our clients themselves. We can operate completely in isolation if desired, but ultimately we are available to our clients 7 days a week. Our clients will also receive monthly reports.
